Today’s agenda at the FORBES Under 30 Summit EMEA in Tel Aviv included a keynote by Nobel Peace Prize winner Shimon Peres, a panel on the sleepy state of the mattress industry and a discussion of the future of unicorn startups in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The festivities came to a close with a bang: the Under 30 Food Festival on the shores of the Mediterranean.

Guests arrived at the Carlton Hotel and walked to an indoor-outdoor space perched along the beach, sampling a host of delicacies prepared by local chefs and 30 Under 30 honorees in the Food & Wine category.

The first delicacy that greeted guests: a “traditional luxurious dish” of grouper prepared by Osama Delal, an Under 30 chef who hails from nearby Akko.
