As Valentine\u2019s day inches closer, it was only fitting that sweathearts got a head start on the some of the most tasteful chocolates from all over the globe at the recent Chocolate World Expo held at the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk, Connecticut.<\/p>\n

Grubpassport.com<\/a> was at the scene to cover over 35 local vendors display chocolates and other mouthwatering baked goods including international themed offerings such as the tasty French crepes from Bonjour Creperia\/Gelateria with the unforgettable tagline-\u201cEat like a French Model\u201d and the tantalizing Dutch Desert\u2019s exquisite tarts that made us want to travel to Amsterdam on the next available flight.<\/p>\n

Whether tasting chocolate dipped strawberries, rice crispy treats or watching celebrity chef demonstrations from chef Barret Beyer from Season 11 of \u201cHell\u2019s Kitchen\u201d, there was something for every food and chocolate lover.\u00a0 We look forward to covering this event yearly as it was a great success.<\/p>\n
